  • Former CEO of Durabook Americas and UBIQCONN USA, led multiple turnarounds with sustained revenue growth (up to 90%+ YoY) and major market share gains.
  • Deep expertise in go‑to‑market, data center infrastructure, AI & edge computing, and channel ecosystems – has taken companies from OEM/ODM models to strong global brands.
  • Holds an MBA from Tulane University and is an inventor of a data‑driven Revenue Generator Management System(US provisional patent).

 

 

At MesaCore, Tom leads overall strategy, investor alignment, commercial structure, and revenue systemization to ensure the data center is fully leased and monetized.

Paul Reynosa - COO

  • 30+ years in technology and data centers, with a track record of owning, operating, and exitting facilities in Nevada, Washington, and California.
  • Acquired an empty Data Center in Nevada for US$1.5M in 2005, built MarquisNet to 100+ customers and ~US$500K monthly revenue, then exited to Zayo Group for US$15.9M.
  • Founded and operated V5 Data Centers, Cobalt Data Centers, ColoXchange, and the Navajo Nation Government Data Center & Network Infrastructure.
  • Experienced in buying/selling data center assets and implementing high‑density, greenfield and brownfield designs; holds certifications including AICPA SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI‑DSS, IEEE, FedRAMP.

 

At MesaCore, Paul owns site selection, design, build, power & cooling, and day‑to‑day operations to deliver reliable, high‑density AI infrastructure.

Charles Kung — CIO

  • 30+ years leading enterprise technology and managed IT services, with deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, AI‑as‑a‑Service (AIaaS), and unified communications.
  • President of TracMD, pioneering integrated RFID wireless vital sign technologies with HIPAA‑compliant EMR data mining and API services for healthcare providers.
  • Proven track record in designing, deploying, and operating mission‑critical IT infrastructure for regulated industries including healthcare, finance, and government.
